Cleat- shoes with metal spikes that football players wear to grip the ground
Defense- player that try to stop the opposing team from scoring

Goal posts- poles with an opening, they are in the back of the end zone. A football can be kicked between them to score.
Helmet- it is used to protect your head
Touchdown- the team scores 6 points by catching or running into the end zone with the ball
